Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
At the Jerky market, we are committed to delivering high-quality beef jerky products with freshness and customer satisfaction in mind. Because our products are food items intended for human consumption, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any delivered products for safety, quality control, and food handling reasons. All sales are final unless an issue with the order qualifies under the conditions outlined below.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, opened, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product, the shipping packaging, and a brief description of the issue. After review, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement product, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not already entered processing or shipment preparation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be made.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected and carrier performance and are provided as estimates only, not guarantees.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking around the delivery location, with neighbors, household members, or building management, and allowing up to 24 hours for possible carrier delivery discrepancies. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery unless optional shipping protection was purchased, if applicable.
Because beef jerky is a shelf-stable food product, we package all products to maintain freshness under normal shipping conditions. However, we are not responsible for product quality issues caused by prolonged carrier delays, exposure to extreme temperatures after delivery, improper storage by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for personal taste preferences, spice level preferences, texture preferences, shipping delays caused by carriers, orders marked as delivered by the carrier, or customer errors in shipping information.
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
At this time, we ship only within the United States. Shipping availability, delivery timelines, and carrier service areas may change without prior notice.
